Sleeping Beauty set to open at Crewe’s Lyceum theatre

ANTICIPATION is growing for the Lyceum theatre panto Sleeping Beauty, which gets ready to run in Crewe next week.

Rehearsals are well under way for the month-long show, which will feature fantastic costumes, amazing special effects and marvellous comedy moments.

The all-star line up includes Heartbeat’s David Lonsdale as King Bumble, Rainbow legend Jane Tucker as the good fairy Azuriel and Wakey Wakey presenter Kerry Newell, who returns by popular demand to play Prince Valiant.

Sleeping Beauty opens on Wednesday, December 2 and runs until Saturday, January 2 next year. Showtimes vary, tickets are £10.50-£17.50. To book phone 01270 537333.
