Cheshire Oaks retail park launches summer activities

CHESHIRE Oaks Coliseum Shopping Park will be launching the first of its free, Summer Extravaganza events this Saturday, July 31.

Each weekend throughout the holidays, the popular shopping destination will be celebrating summer with bespoke events designed to keep both kids and mums and dads entertained all day!

This Saturday will see The Coliseum transformed into a seaside spectacular with shoppers riding the waves on the amazing surf simulator, creating their own T shirts to take away for their holidays as well as summertime themed face painting.

To celebrate last week’s Toy Story 3 launch, visitors to the park had the opportunity to see the world through Woody’s eyes, navigating their way through giant board games – with the best players winning special giveaways.

Coliseum shopping park manager Steve Ramsey said: “We have organised some great activities for all the family and want to welcome everyone down to take part.”

The summer extravaganza continues every Saturday until August 28, cumulating in a back to school weekend.
